Service Description
Welcome back to the Master Builders! These sessions are specifically for children who have previously attended Brick Club with Emma and have progressed their skills and received their Master Builder certificate. Building more complex models that draw on their talents, skills and friendships that have been developing over the past few terms - this course will enhance and elevate negotiation, communication and resolution skills.

Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy Welcome to Brick Club with Emma! We’re delighted to have your child join us for fun, learning, and play. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our booking and cancellation policy. Booking Policy 1. Reservations: All bookings must be made in advance. You can reserve a spot for your child by visiting our website (www.brickclubwithEmma.com) or through Facebook Messenger (Brick Club with Emma). 2. Confirmation: Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your child's attendance. Please review this information carefully and make contact if there are any discrepancies. 3. Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child's spot for the 6 weeks. We accept bank transfers and PayPal. 4. Special Requirements: If your child has any additional support needs, please inform us at the time of booking so we can make the necessary arrangements. Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. To accommodate everyone's needs, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your child's booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations can be made via email. 2. Refunds: **Up to 48 Hours Before the Session**: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session will receive a full refund for that session. **24 to 48 Hours Before the Session**: Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the session will receive a 50% refund for that session. - **Less Than 24 Hours Before the Session**: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund. 3. **Rescheduling**: If you wish to reschedule your child's attendance, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. 4. **No-Shows**: If your child does not attend a booked session without prior notification, no refund will be issued. Thank you
